Job Description

As an intern, you will join a newlyestablished team of enthusiast engineers, part of a multilocation project dedicated in delivering the best in class automated parking and low speed manoeuvring system.

The role consists of contributing to the development of novel algorithm; from requirement analysis to design and implementation through to testing. Even though the internship will offer the necessary autonomy to devise and test novel approaches, the opportunity will be given to interact closely with the team and be exposed (and contribute) to our software development process. Best outcome will be obtained with a final year master placement of around 6 months.
Qualifications
 
Qualifications

Final year Master in computer science, robotics, mathematics, electronic engineering or comparable education.
Experience with computational geometry problems:
Data structures and manipulation of elemental geometrical objects (e.g. line segments, polygons ...),
Geometrical location and search,
Visibility problem, collision detection.
Good Matlab / Python knowledge with algorithm development experience.
Good comprehension and analytical thinking, strong mathematical ability.
C/C++ programming skills, preferably embedded.
Experience in continual improvement and tuning of algorithms using automated and live testing.
Fluent English language skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
