Our platform, SpatialOS, lets developers transcend the limits of regular computation, allowing swarms of servers running in the cloud to cooperate in order to simulate worlds far larger and more complex than any single server could.

Enterprise Mission
We are a customer first organisation: our engineers are the heartbeat of our business. We are providing a fundamentally new simulation technology to some of the most interesting and important problems across government, enterprise customers and academia. You will leverage and help create our next generation platform; a distributed inference platform.
Our engineers work closely with our customers to understand some of their most difficult problems and deliver world-class technical solutions to address them. They are builders and innovators, creating features, frameworks and systems; driving product iteration through feedback. Often the simulations that you create are first of their kind innovations on important questions.
They get to the heart of a customer’s needs and are instrumental in the requirements gathering, architecting and implementing of technical products and services based on our core technology. We leverage Java and C# for much of our work with additional data-wrangling with Python and associated libraries. We value pragmatism and professionalism as well as clean code and innovation.
You will join a graduate programme that includes an accelerator induction, structured development plan and mentorship by smart, motivated and curious people, driven by solving globally significant problems across the private and public sector; the kind of problems that keep senior leaders awake at night.

    • An excellent academic record, ideally coupled with stand out extra-curricular activity and/or internships in a software environment
    • Excellent knowledge of multiple programming languages and paradigms (such as Java, C#, C++, Python, Go, JavaScript etc)
    • Strong appreciation for productive software engineering including Testing, Tooling, IDE mastery etc
    • Demonstrable interest and passion for development (e.g. personal projects, blogs, Open Source projects etc)
    • Algorithmic and data structures knowledge
    • Clear communicator with independent problem-solving skills.
    • An ability to adapt to different levels of technical understanding.
    • An appreciation of Bayesian inference, probabilistic programming or data science would be valuable
