Becoming a Graduate Software Developer with Capita Communications and Control solutions: A largely internal facing role working with the development managers / team leaders, to ensure the team are working efficiently and are meeting expectations in terms of project deliverables. The projects relate primarily to CCS’s Software branded products; CAD and Telephony and Communication solutions and related products and CCS’s next generation of products. What you will do: Develop new software and maintain existing software in accordance with customer support requirements Assist with investigation and resolution of problems reported at customer sites. Contribute to software design and solution architecture design Configure/upgrade/manage internal development and /test environments Carry out peer review for team members work Review release testing for software releases   Your experience will include: Graduate degree relating to software development, computer studies etc.  Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Demonstrable knowledge of .NET development using Visual Basic and/or C# Excellent organisational and time management skills in order to co-ordinate the variety of tasks needed to fulfil the job requirements. A good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle processes.
