What you’ll be doing Our graduate programmes aim to bring talented individuals together to allow them to discover their strengths and shape their future careers. As a member of our Information/Cyber Security Graduate programme, you’ll join Capita Software, one of the UK’s largest software companies and a market leader in the industry. From day one, you’ll be hands-on as you get to grips with a range of programming languages and product types, shape and provide technical input to projects, and help code and support development migrations, all while building your own knowledge and skills. You’ll be supported by those around you, from dedicated business mentors to experienced team members to make sure you’re getting the most out of each placement. You’ll have two rotations – and, it’s important you’re able and willing to travel around the country – to make sure you make the most of our far reaching, varied business. What’s in it for you? You’ll have achieved or be expecting to receive a 2:2 degree or higher in an IT related subject, and you might even have a post graduate qualification, like a Masters. If you have previous professional experience it’s beneficial, but not essential. With an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload, you’ll also be a self-starter with a willingness to push both yourself and the business forward. Above all, it’s your determination and hard work that will be key to your success. As we’re a large organisation with offices throughout the UK, you’ll also need to be prepared to travel and relocate.
